Frozen Music (“the house,” “we,” “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any question about how your information is handled, write to privacy@frozenmusic.in and the house will help.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to correspond with you and to care for the people the house serves.
- Information you give us. Your name, contact details such as phone number, email, and postal address, and anything you choose to share when you enquire, request an appointment, or correspond with the house.
- Messaging. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of your messages. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, which processes this information under its own terms.
- Relationship record. Where you become a patron, the house keeps a private record of your preferences, acquisitions, milestones, and our correspondence, held on a need-to-know basis.
- Website. Our website collects only what is necessary to operate it and to respond to you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and to correspond with you.
- To arrange appointments and visits.
- To service acquisitions, commissions, care, and restoration.
- With your consent, to send you invitations and news from the house.
- To keep secure records and to meet our legal obligations.
The basis for using your information
We use your information with your consent, to take steps you have asked us to take, and where we have a legitimate interest in running the house and caring for our patrons. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing your information
The house does not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — for example, messaging and technology providers such as Meta and WhatsApp, and the secure tools we use to keep records — under confidentiality, and where the law requires us to.
Your messaging preferences
You choose whether to receive messages from the house. You can stop messages on WhatsApp at any time by replying STOP, or simply by telling us.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as our relationship continues and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Keeping your information secure
Access to personal information is limited to those who need it, and the house’s records are held securely.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information the house holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent. To make a request, write to us at privacy@frozenmusic.in and we will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.
Children
The house’s work is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown above, is always the current one.
